Adrien Marsden · Legal
Terms of Service.
Effective Date: October 14, 2026
Entity: Adrien Marsden
Covered Services: Widdle (formerly WifeyLifey), Stitch, Podka, DinkDink!, WeXYZ, WonLock, Ascrible, and related websites (collectively, "the Services"). Zeak is governed by its own Terms of Service, available at zeak.social/terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Restrictions
By accessing or using any applications or websites provided by Adrien Marsden—including but not limited to Widdle (formerly WifeyLifey), Stitch, Podka, DinkDink!, WeXYZ, WonLock, and Ascrible—you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or to post content in the Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. WeXYZ, DinkDink!, WonLock, and Ascrible can be used without an account; a child under 13 may use them only with the permission of a parent or guardian and without entering personal information. Bible Study and Community in Ascrible are optional, need an account, and have a minimum age of 13, or 14, 15, or 16 in some countries; the app shows the age for your country. Widdle and Stitch are for adults aged 18 and over. Furthermore, participation in our financial, monetization, or affiliate programs strictly requires users to be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Stitch-Specific Terms (Voice Matching)
Stitch is a live, real-time voice-matching feature within WifeyLifey. By participating in a Stitch session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use Stitch. By creating a Stitch profile, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
- Microphone Access: Stitch requires access to your device's microphone to facilitate real-time voice connections.
- Consent to Connect: By entering the Stitch matching queue, you explicitly consent to being connected with another user for a real-time voice conversation.
- Public Forum & Recording by Other Users: Stitch matches are considered public conversations. By entering the Stitch matching queue and joining a session, you explicitly consent to your voice audio, username, and any text or drawings shared during the session being recorded by other participants — through screen recording, screenshots, external devices, or any other means — and being shared on social media or other platforms. You should have no expectation of privacy during a Stitch session, similar to a conversation in a public place where bystanders may be recording.
- Release and Waiver: You release Adrien Marsden and the Services from any and all claims, liability, or damages arising from another user's recording, screen-capturing, or public distribution of your participation in a Stitch session. Your sole remedies for misuse of recordings are against the recording user directly, or through our Report & Block tools.
- Report & Block: You may report or block any user at any time. Blocked users are immediately and bilaterally prevented from matching with each other.
2a. Live Lobby Sessions, Tokens & Age Assurance
Certain Stitch experiences are organized as live, scheduled, region-based lobby sessions ("Lobby Sessions"). A Lobby Session fires when enough participants reserve seats and reaches its scheduled start time, then connects participants in a series of short, timed voice conversations. The following terms apply in addition to the general Stitch terms above.
- Lobby Tokens (virtual, no cash value): Seats are reserved using Lobby Tokens, a virtual in-app credit. Lobby Tokens are not money, hold no cash value, are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and are consumed when used to reserve a seat. Token packs and the optional monthly Event Pass are processed by our payment partner (Stripe). Purchases of tokens or the Pass are final; cash is never refunded. Any make-good for a session issue is provided only as Lobby Tokens credited back to your balance for use in another session, per the matrix below.
- Age assurance (18+): Lobby Sessions are strictly 18+. Where required by the compliance profile of the region you select (for example, Florida under HB3, and the European Union under the Digital Services Act), before reserving a seat or making your first purchase you must complete a third-party age-assurance check (a fast facial age estimation performed by an independent verification partner). We do not see, receive, or store the image used for that check — the partner processes it and returns only a pass/fail result, which we store together with a timestamp. This is in addition to the self-declared date of birth collected during onboarding.
- Recording is ephemeral: Lobby Session audio is not recorded or retained by us. As with all Stitch sessions (Section 2), other participants may capture a session by their own means; you consent to that risk on entry and your remedies are as stated in Section 2.
2b. Token Refund Matrix & No-Show Policy
Because seats are paid in Lobby Tokens rather than cash, all make-goods are settled as tokens returned to your balance — cash is never returned. When a seat is resolved, tokens are credited according to the following matrix (percentages are configurable and shown here as the current defaults):
- You cancel before the session fires — up to 80% of tokens spent returned, credited as whole tokens (minimum 1 token). Because tokens are whole, at current seat prices an early cancellation is effectively refunded in full. (Cancelling early frees your seat so we can rebalance the room.)
- The lobby never fills and is cancelled — 100% of tokens spent returned. (The session never happened.)
- We remove your seat to balance the room — 100% returned, plus priority for the next session. (Our decision, not yours.)
- You reserved, the session fired, and you did not show up ("no-show") — a no-show fee of roughly half your tokens is retained and the remainder is credited (whole tokens, minimum 1 token). At current seat prices, a no-show returns 1 of 2 tokens. (A no-show costs the room a balanced seat.)
- You showed up and participated — no token refund. (The seat was used as intended.)
No-Show Policy. Repeatedly reserving a seat and failing to check in is disruptive to other participants. If you accumulate multiple no-shows in a short period, we may temporarily pause your ability to reserve new seats for a cooldown period (a recurring, self-clearing limit — not a permanent ban). This applies whether you reserved with tokens or an Event Pass. Event Pass holders forfeit no tokens for a no-show but are subject to the same no-show tracking and cooldown.
2c. What "a Match" Means
For clarity, and before we offer any feature described as a "match": within Stitch and Lobby Sessions, "a match" means only that two participants have each independently indicated, after speaking, that they would like to connect again (a mutual opt-in). A match unlocks the ability to message one another; it is not a promise, guarantee, or prediction of romantic interest, compatibility, a relationship, a date, or any other outcome. We do not guarantee that you will receive any match, that any particular number of matches will occur, or that a match will lead to any further contact or result. Lobby Tokens pay only for a seat in a session — the opportunity to participate — never for a match or any guaranteed outcome.
3. Data Residency & International Transfers
To provide high-performance, unified experiences across our suite of applications, we utilize centralized global infrastructure.
US-Based Storage: You acknowledge and agree that user data, audio content, project info, matchmaking preferences, and associated account information is stored and processed on servers primarily located in the United States.
Data Export & Legal Protections: For users located in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, using the Services involves the transfer of your personal data to the United States. These transfers are conducted in accordance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your information receives a level of protection equivalent to that in your home jurisdiction.
4. Service Models & Tracking
Our applications encompass a variety of models, including ad-supported free tiers, subscription packages, and client-agency relationships. To operate effectively, we may use:
Advertising & Analytics Providers: We integrate widely-used services (such as Google AdSense and Analytics). If you are in the EU/EEA, personalized ads and non-essential tracking will only be deployed with your explicit opt-in consent via a Consent Management Provider. Unconsented experiences serve non-personalized ads and utilize strictly necessary functional routing.
5. User Content & Licensing
You retain ownership of the data, audio, images, and text you input into our Services.
License Grant: By posting content publicly within WifeyLifey, Stitch, Podka, DinkDink!, or Ascrible, you grant Adrien Marsden a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, stream, format, and distribute that content to other users of the respective Service as functionally intended.
Public Content & Re-sharing on Social Media (WifeyLifey, Stitch, DinkDink!): Content you post publicly within WifeyLifey (including soundbites, comments, public profile information, voice, avatar, and map activity), Stitch live voice sessions, and DinkDink! multiplayer matches is considered public. By posting or participating, you explicitly consent to other users capturing this content — through screen recording, screenshots, downloads, link sharing, external devices, or any other means — and re-sharing it on social media or other platforms. You should have no expectation of privacy for content you publish or for your participation in any public area of these Services. You release Adrien Marsden from any and all claims, liability, or damages arising from another user's capture or distribution of your publicly-posted content or public activity.
Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, safety, or intellectual property of others.
6. Your Data Rights
Regardless of our server location, we provide all users with the following rights, strictly observed:
- Right to Access: You can request a copy of the data we store on our servers.
- Right to Erasure: You may delete your accounts at any time, triggering the removal of your personal data from live databases, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can change tracking and advertising preferences at any time via in-app or website settings.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination
You agree not to use WifeyLifey, Stitch, Podka, DinkDink!, Ascrible, or any associated APIs to:
- Record, surveil, or distribute genuinely private information, conversations, or media without express consent of all parties. This rule does not restrict the capture or re-sharing of content that is publicly posted within WifeyLifey (soundbites, comments, public profile information), DinkDink! multiplayer matches, or Stitch live voice sessions — all of which are public spaces where consent to be recorded and re-shared is granted upon entry or upon posting, per Sections 2 and 5.
- Attempt to circumvent security measures, manipulate matching algorithms (Stitch), or scrape user data databases.
- Upload content that violates the laws of either the United States or your local jurisdiction.
- Post sexually explicit content, discriminatory harassment, or illegal materials. Violating this rule results in a permanent network-wide ban across all Adrien Marsden apps.
Content Moderation & Zero Tolerance: We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. All of our Services that carry user-generated content or live interaction (including WifeyLifey soundbites and comments, Stitch voice sessions, DinkDink! multiplayer chat and usernames, and Ascrible community recordings, profiles, and Bible Study) provide in-app tools to report objectionable content or behavior and to block the offending user; blocking takes effect immediately and hides that user from you. We review reports and act on them — including removing content and ejecting or permanently banning the responsible user — within 24 hours of receipt. Repeat or severe violations result in a permanent network-wide ban across all Adrien Marsden apps.
Right to Refuse Service: Adrien Marsden reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
8. Zeak (Fitness App)
The Zeak fitness application (zeak.social / zeak.fit), including its Spotter computer-vision tools and AI features, is governed by its own dedicated Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you use Zeak, those documents apply to your use of Zeak in place of these Terms.
9. Game Disclaimers (DinkDink!)
If utilizing DinkDink! or any of our gaming experiences, you acknowledge that the games are actively under development. The games may break, feature bugs, or become inaccessible at any time without notice. Furthermore, we reserve the right to reset, delete, or modify player data, progress, and accounts to maintain system stability. Virtual items, tokens, and progress within the game have no real-world value and do not constitute personal property. Data collected through gameplay, including interactions and performance, may be used for targeted advertising and improving the game.
Public Gameplay & Recording: Multiplayer matches in DinkDink! are considered public spaces. By entering a multiplayer match, you explicitly consent to your voice audio, username, and gameplay footage being recorded by other players or spectators. Other players may share this recorded content on social media or other platforms. You should have no expectation of privacy during multiplayer matches, similar to playing on a public physical court where bystanders may be recording.
9a. Ascrible: Recordings & Public Publishing
Recordings made in Ascrible are private unless you send one for public publishing. This section applies to any recording sent to Community.
Requirements for recordings. A recording sent for public publishing must meet every one of these:
- It matches the text exactly. The recording must be the chapter as shown in Ascrible, word for word: every verse, in order, with nothing added, skipped, replaced, or paraphrased.
- Nothing else is in it. No commentary, introduction, greeting, prayer, sermon, music, sound effects, or other voices.
- It is your own voice. The reader is you, speaking naturally. No synthetic, AI-generated, cloned, or altered voices, and no recordings made by someone else.
- It can be heard clearly. The whole chapter is audible, without heavy noise, clipping, or long gaps.
- You meet the age shown in the app for your country.
These requirements cover the recording itself. Your profile is separate: it can name your church, organisation, or channel, and it follows Section 7.
Publishing is not guaranteed. Every recording is pending Admin approval before it can appear. Adrien Marsden may decline to publish any recording, and may remove any published recording, at any time, for any reason or for no stated reason, with or without notice. Meeting the requirements above does not create a right to be published, to stay published, or to be featured. A declined or removed recording stays on your own device.
Published recordings are public. A published recording, together with your profile (name, handle, the lines about you, and your link), can be heard and seen by anyone, in the app and on Ascrible web pages, and listeners can download it to hear offline. By sending a recording you grant Adrien Marsden a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, stream, format, and distribute it for that purpose. You can take a published recording down in the app at any time. That removes the public audio; a record of it and the copy you sent are kept until you delete your account, and copies already downloaded by listeners may remain on their devices.
Features can change. Community, Bible Study, and every other part of Ascrible may be changed, limited, paused, or removed at any time, and these requirements may be updated. Published recordings may become unavailable as a result. Nothing in Ascrible is a promise that a feature or a published recording will remain available.
9b. Ascrible: Bible Study
Bible Study is a live, audio-only group call with other people, many of whom you will not know. It needs an account and the minimum age shown in the app for your country.
Conduct. The study rules shown in the app before you join, and Section 7, apply for the whole call. You can block or report anyone. Two people in a group can remove someone from that group, and Admin can remove or ban anyone from Bible Study, at any time, for any reason or for no stated reason.
Your profile. A Bible Study profile is shown to others as soon as you save it, without approval first. It may be hidden or removed at any time.
Live audio. Ascrible does not record studies. Other people in your group can hear you and could record what they hear with another device, so treat what you say as said in public.
No guarantee. Studies are scheduled by Admin. A study may be changed, moved, shortened, or cancelled, a group may be full, and a place in a study is not guaranteed.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "AS IS." Adrien Marsden shall not be liable for any loss of data, missed physical or project goals, match failures, or service interruptions. For users in the EU or jurisdictions where exclusions are prohibited, liability remains governed by mandatory local consumer protection laws.
11. Financial Transactions & Affiliate Payouts
For users participating in monetization programs, such as the Influencer Program or other affiliate payout structures, all financial transactions and payouts are processed by our third-party payment partner (e.g., Stripe Connect). By participating in these programs, you agree to be bound by the respective payment processor's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Adrien Marsden is not responsible for errors, delays, or issues arising from the third-party payment infrastructure. Furthermore, any affiliate payouts are subject to the specific terms set forth in the applicable separate Affiliate Agreement, which operates independently of these general Terms of Service.
Widdle partner program. Partners who share Widdle on the web are governed by the Widdle Partner Agreement, which these Terms incorporate by reference. Payouts are made through Stripe Connect, monthly, in US dollars, once a balance reaches the minimum stated there; earnings that have no connected payout account to go to expire after the period stated there. Stripe is the processor and holds your payout account details; Adrien Marsden is not liable for Stripe’s delays, errors or account decisions. Partners are responsible for their own taxes and for the advertising disclosures the agreement requires.
12. Subscriptions, Refunds, and Cancellations
Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a subscription (e.g., through an app store or our website), your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Widdle web plans: the Reaction camera and No ads plans are monthly subscriptions bought on widdle.app and billed by Stripe. Each renews monthly until cancelled; cancelling stops the next charge and access lasts to the end of the paid month. There are no refunds for part of a month. Switching between the two plans adjusts the one subscription with a pro-rated charge or credit. Manage or cancel from the plan screen in the app.
Cancellations & Refunds: Subscriptions sold on the web are monthly. You can cancel a web subscription at any time; cancelling stops the next charge, and access lasts to the end of the period already paid. There are no refunds or credits for part of a period, except where required by law that cannot be excluded or as described in the Refund Policy. A refund for a charge made in error can be requested within 30 days of the charge; approved refunds go back to the card that paid and reach it in 5–10 business days, depending on the bank. Purchases made through the App Store follow Apple rules: cancel in Apple ID settings, and request refunds from Apple (see section 13).
13. One-Time Purchases (HabitApp)
What a one-time purchase is. Some applications — currently HabitApp — offer a one-time purchase as an alternative to a subscription. A one-time purchase is charged once through the App Store. It does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and no further payment is due. It is tied to the Apple ID that bought it and, where Family Sharing is enabled for the product, to that Apple ID’s Family Sharing group.
What it does not include. A one-time purchase buys access to the application as it exists at the time of purchase. It is not a warranty that any particular feature will continue to exist, continue to function, or remain unchanged. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. This is not a formality: material parts of HabitApp depend on the Apple Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks, on Apple Push Notification service, and on server infrastructure we operate. Where Apple changes or withdraws a capability, or where an operating system update alters or removes behaviour we rely on, the affected feature changes or stops working regardless of any maintenance we perform. Features that depend on our servers may degrade to reduced local functionality if those services are unavailable or discontinued.
Discontinuation. We may stop maintaining, updating, or distributing an application at any time, including where continued operation is no longer commercially, technically, or legally viable — for example where platform requirements change, where third-party services we depend on are withdrawn or repriced, or where the cost of continued operation is no longer supportable. Where we discontinue an application you have purchased outright, we will give notice in advance where reasonably practicable. The application will continue to run on any device on which it is already installed for as long as the operating system permits, and data stored on your device and in your iCloud account remains yours and remains where it is. There will be no further updates, and no support.
Refunds. Purchases made through the App Store are refunded by Apple, under Apple policies, not by us. Requests are made through Apple (Report a Problem), and HabitApp provides a direct link to the Apple refund form in its Settings. Apple decides refunds and we do not oppose them. No refund entitlement arises from a feature being changed or removed, or from an application being discontinued, except where a refund is required by law that cannot be excluded — including, where applicable, consumer guarantees under the law of your country of residence, which these Terms do not limit.
14. AI Features & Acceptable Use (HabitApp)
What the AI features are. HabitApp includes optional AI assistance that suggests clarifying questions and candidate next steps for a goal you have written. These are suggestions, not advice. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, HabitApp is not a medical device, and nothing it generates is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Nothing is added to your goals unless you choose to add it.
How your text is processed. When you use an AI feature, the text of the goal concerned is sent to our relay and on to Google’s Gemini API, which processes it and returns a result. We do not store the content of these requests — our relay keeps no copy of what you send or what comes back, and retains only a count of requests made, for metering. Google’s processing is governed by Google’s own terms and policies. Do not enter information in a goal that you are not willing to have processed this way.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use the AI features to plan, prepare, or obtain assistance with: harming yourself; harming, threatening, or endangering any other person; restricting food intake below what your body requires, or any other disordered-eating practice; or any criminal activity. This is in addition to Section 7, which applies to all Services.
We may decline. The AI features will refuse to plan certain goals and will instead show a short message and, where relevant, links to professional resources. This is a limitation of the feature, not an accusation and not a judgment about you. The check is deliberately cautious about refusing — it is designed to answer far more often than it declines — but it is automated and it will sometimes be wrong. A refusal never deletes, hides, or reports your goal, and it is not shared with anyone. If a goal of yours is refused and you believe that is a misread, rewording it will usually resolve it.
Availability. AI features depend on third-party services we do not control and are metered. They may be slow, unavailable, changed, or withdrawn, in line with Section 13.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration in Florida before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND ADRIEN MARSDEN AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and we agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims with your claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
