Reporting a player

If someone is abusive, harassing, or posting objectionable content, you do not have to wait for us to notice. In Adrien Marsden you can block or report anyone from their name or profile, without leaving the app.

We have zero tolerance for abusive behaviour. Reports are reviewed and acted on — removing content and ejecting or banning the responsible user — within 24 hours of receipt. Repeat or severe violations result in a permanent ban across all Adrien Marsden apps. Blocking takes effect for you immediately, and does not require us to act first.

You can also report someone by email at adrien.marsden.apps@gmail.com if you would rather not do it in the app.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time: Profile → Delete account. No email to us is needed.

Please read the confirmation carefully. One account covers every Adrien Marsden app you use. Deleting it erases your profile, stats, sign-in and content across all of them — not only Adrien Marsden — and it cannot be undone.

Trouble signing in

You can sign in with Sign in with Apple or with an email address, and in our games you can also use Game Center. You can start as a guest and decide later — progress made as a guest carries over the first time you sign in.

If a sign-in fails repeatedly, tell us which method you used and roughly when, and we can look it up.
